Shipping & Delivery

 

Most orders will ship out within 48 hours of ordering - excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped ground service unless you an alternative shipping by contacting us. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday before 12 pm Central Standard Time (anything after 12 pm CST will ship the following day). Remember overnights ordered on Friday before the cut off time will arrive on Monday (not over the weekend).

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

 

We are happy to return or exchange any Mommy Belly Wrap product that meets all of the following criteria and have an accompanying Return or Exchange form filled out in its entirety:

 

• All exchanges must be authorized within seven (7) days of original receipt of delivery;

• All returned merchandise will be inspected by our returns and exchange department. The returned item must be free of damage including creases, stretching, stains or any other visible sign of usage. Compression products immediately form to your body shape if worn for any length of time. Remember to only briefly try on products if you are considering an exchange;

 

How To Exchange an Item:

**IF YOUR Mommy Belly Wrap IS TOO SMALL

 

Wait!

If your Mommy Belly wrap is  1” - 2.5 inches just about of closing please note we advise to wait a day or two as it will fit shortly as your body is shrinking.   Doing an exchange will most likely result in receiving another wrap that will be too large or only fit for a week or two. We recomend that you try laying down on your bed with the Mommy Belly Wrap behind you to fasten the Velcro, it allows for a better grip. If your Mommy Belly Wrap is 3 or more inches shy from closing, a larger size is needed.

 

• You will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Until our warehouse confirms receipt of your item, and we inspect the item so that it meets our return and/or exchange criteria, we will be unable to issue a refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days of our warehouse receiving your item.

• All authorized transactions will be credited to the original credit card used, less any restocking fee and less the original shipping and handling fees charged to you. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

• All exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. You will be contacted directly, either by email or telephone to process the exchange upon receipt of an authorized exchange by our customer service department.

 

• Fill up our exchange or return  authorization form and complete all fields. Enclose the form inside your shipping box with your item(s).

• Ship your unworn/unused item(s) with your Order number clearly written on the outside of the box.
